Tickets are one cost for all. Children that are not walking are complimentary.

We maintain a strict safety protocol. All guests must sign a waiver prior to entry. The facility is monitored by professional security personnel throughout the night. Props can be used for photos and videos but treated with respect.
ACCESSIBILITY

We provide limited wheelchair accessibility. Guests with mobility issues should contact us in advance to discuss specific accommodations and entry requirements.
REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for the Haunted Experience as this is a special attraction.
ATTIRE GUIDELINES

Comfortable footwear is required. We recommend avoiding loose clothing or accessories that could catch on the industrial environment. No outside food or drinks.
